Rental Period

• Duration: Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Extensions: Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the rental period ends.

Rental Requirements

• Age and License: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
• Insurance: All rentals include basic insurance. Additional coverage is available for an extra fee.

Booking and Payments

• Booking: Reservations can be made online or by contacting us directly. A booking confirmation will be sent via email.
• Payment: Payments are accepted via credit card. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Insurance Policy

Vehicle Use

• Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented.
• Prohibited Uses: Vehicles cannot be used for racing, towing, or off-road driving.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days for eligible cancellations.

Liability

• Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.
• Fines: Renters are responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
